A Living and Learning Community offers a unique residential experience for focused exploration, action, reflection, and the education of others on an issue in society.

Explore something you like, something that makes you go hmmm. Being part of a Living and Learning Community let's you do just that...and more. You live with a group of friends who are passionate about the same things you are.

Together you take action and make a difference. Whether it is volunteering to work with animals and pick up trash around campus to working with national organizations to promote health, you can take action that will make your involvement tangible.

Reflect on the impact you can make. In the hallway or during the car ride back to campus, discuss what the child you tutored, the impact of the mural you painted, or the look on someone’s face after giving them the hat and gloves you made.

Have a chance to educate your self and others about issues related to health, social welfare, and human rights through campus programming, roundtable discussions with other group members, and living with other committed individuals. This is what college is about.

Sound interesting? It is.
