Individual Visits
Scheduling an individual visit to campus is easy, simply call (800) 747-1112 or email our Visit Coordinator, Karen Kleinsmith and we'll take it from there. We prefer that you contact us at least one week before your arrival so that we can personalize your visit schedule and ensure you take complete advantage of your time here. There are also certain days and times that work best to see One Course At A Time in action or meet with someone in your area of interest.
During the academic year, we schedule weekday appointments to begin at 8:45 a.m., 9:45 a.m., 11 a.m., or 12:45 p.m.
Student-led campus tours are available at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on weekdays when classes are in session.
In the summer, we schedule weekday appointments only which begin on the hour any time between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Weekday visits are flexible and may include:
- A student-led tour of campus
- An individual interview an admission counselor
- A classroom visit (if arriving before 1 p.m.)
- An academic or extracurricular session in an area of your choice
Saturday Mornings and Block Breaks
Please check our academic calendar as some days are better than others to see One Course At A Time in action. No matter what, we are still happy to include a student-led tour and individual interview during our three-day breaks between blocks or on a Saturday morning. Please know you'll miss seeing campus in full swing. If these times work best, the Office of Admission is open on Saturday mornings during the academic year, but by appointment only. Call 800-747-1112 to schedule your Saturday morning or block break visit.
Overnight Visits
An overnight stay in a residence hall with a current student is available for high school seniors only and may be arranged most Sundays through Thursdays, with a 10-day advance notice. While there is no guarantee, we will do our very best to include this experience in your visit.
