Transfer Student Admission Deadlines

We welcome transfer students, and do our best to accommodate the range of timeframes in which transfers might take place. The options below illustrate three scenarios.

Fall Term Transfers - Priority Decision
Students applying as transfers who submit all required application materials postmarked by March 1 are given priority consideration for admission and transfer scholarships. Applicants admitted as transfers who wish to enroll must submit a $300 deposit postmarked by May 1. Applications arriving after May 1 are considered on a space-available basis. Transfer students interested in enrolling for the spring semester are encouraged to apply by December 1.

Fall Term Transfers - Regular Decision
We know that many transfer decisions occur near the end of the academic year, and we accept transfer applications until June 1. After June 1, applications will only be considered if space allows.

Spring Term Transfers
